Main responsibilities include:

· Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin, etc.
· Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
· Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e.
Screening to onboarding
· Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
Other responsibilities will include
· Liaising with existing employees, executing human resource
programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits,
and leave; performance and talent management; recognition;
health and safety; and training and development.
· Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database
. Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Performance Review
& Management, Training & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities
