1. Formulation, implementation and improvements of the Quality Assurance procedures and processes.
2. Implement and support a Test management platform.
3. Mentor and lead team to be effective in quality assurance.
4. Create/maintain regression and system test cases for our product.
5. Report Quality metrics and Test results to Management.
6. Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
7. Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans.
8. Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives and activities to ensure the quality and reliability
of Company software products.
9. Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
10.Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
11.Create or Update SOP s.
12.Preparing test environments for quality assurance team.
13.Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
